How It Works:
- Recommend Moginie James to your friend: If you recommend Moginie James to your friend and they choose us to sell their property, we'll give you £100 worth of vouchers.
- Your Friend Contacts Us: Your friend gets in touch with their local branch, mentions your name, and uses code "RAF100" as the referral password.
- Receive Your Vouchers: Once your friend completes their sale, the branch will arrange to send you your vouchers.
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Refer a Friend scheme for sales is open to existing clients and previous clients of Moginie James.
- Existing Clients: Someone who is currently purchasing, selling, letting, or renting through Moginie James.
- Previous Clients: Someone who has completed a purchase or sale, or has previously rented or let, through Moginie James within 12 months of the referral.
- Referral Process: To participate, your friend must instruct Moginie James to sell their property. At the time of instruction, your friend must mention your name and use "RAF100" as the referral password.
- Qualification: The referred friend must have been referred before they instruct Moginie James and must successfully complete the sale of their property with Moginie James for you to qualify for the £100 voucher reward.
- Multiple properties: The offer can only be claimed once per referred friend, rather than per property.
- Reward: The reward is £100 worth of vouchers, which once claimed, will be sent to you within 60 days of the completion of your friend’s property sale.
- Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. You will receive a £100 voucher for each successful referral.
- Exclusions: The referred friend must not be selling with Moginie James before the referral. Employees of LRG are excluded from this promotion.
- Amendments and Termination: Moginie James reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend scheme at any time without prior notice.
- Data Protection: By participating in this scheme, you agree that Moginie James may use your details to administer the reward. All data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Vouchers: £100 worth of Love2Shop vouchers will be sent to you via email. Vouchers are processed by a central LRG department at the end of each month. There is no cash alternative.
- Claiming: Contact your local branch once the referred friend has completed their sale, referencing your friends name and the code "RAF100" and the team will arrange your £100 worth of vouchers. You will need to contact your local branch within 60 days of your friends’ completion date, or your claim will be invalid.
- Right to Withhold payment: If for any reason we suspect a person is abusing the offer or soliciting action from people who are not in their circle of friends or if someone is to be found falsifying claims, we withhold the right to not make the payment of the mentioned vouchers.
