Offer terms and conditions

• The offer is only available where a new landlord or new vendor is introduced to Moginie James (we have not dealt with them before, they have not registered with us as a prospective or current vendor or landlord or had prior knowledge of their dwelling or dwelling portfolio)
• For landlords, the offer is available on Rent Collection and Fully Managed services only
• The offer must be mentioned at the time of the vendor or landlord instructing Moginie James and is available on a sole agency basis only
• The offer is payable per vendor or landlord (and not per dwelling) newly introduced to Moginie James
• No retrospective claims can be made
• The referral award is only payable once Moginie James have sold or let the dwelling and vendor completion or new Occupation Contract has commenced or is under our management
• The offer is only available in selected branches - please contact your local branch to confirm if they are included
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
• Moginie James has absolute discretion in determining whether the terms and conditions of this offer have been met
• If all terms and conditions of this offer have been met, Moginie James will need to email their Finance team with the school’s name, school’s bank details and authorisation from the local branches Regional Director for this cost to be paid to the school
